Tiffany L. Rogers
Founder & Managing Partner
Tiffany L. Rogers is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sightline Consulting Group, bringing nearly two decades of distinguished federal acquisition, regulatory governance, and financial compliance leadership to the firm. A former GS-15 acquisition leader, she has served as a Principal Contracting Officer, Business Division Director, and Senior Procurement Analyst, holding an unlimited warrant and orchestrating oversight across multi-billion-dollar enterprise portfolios for the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of complex federal acquisitions, with particular depth in Management and Operating (M&O) contract operations, Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and federal internal controls.
A trusted advisor to senior agency executives and industry leaders, Tiffany served as a technical authority for a DOE enterprise task force, leading initiatives across data analytics, payment integrity, fraud prevention, and internal controls for the Office of Science. She holds a Master's Degree in Procurement and Acquisitions Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and a FAC-C Professional certification in contracting. Under her strategic leadership, Sightline Consulting Group delivers tailored compliance, risk mitigation, and audit readiness solutions that empower organizations to confidently navigate the intricacies of federal contracting.
