Leadership
Tiffany L. Rogers
Founder & Managing Partner
Tiffany L. Rogers is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sightline Consulting Group. She brings nearly two decades of federal acquisition, procurement governance, and compliance leadership across the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, and federal contractor environments. Her career includes service as a GS-15 Contracting Officer holding an unlimited warrant, with leadership responsibility across the full contract lifecycle, from acquisition planning and solicitation development through negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
Her experience extends beyond contract execution to procurement governance, purchasing system oversight, contractor business systems, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), audit, and internal control programs. She has served as a Principal Contracting Officer, Business Division Director, Senior Administrative Contracting Officer, and Procurement Analyst. Across those assignments she has advised executive leadership and governance bodies on complex acquisition, compliance, and oversight matters in government and industry. She has represented organizations on enterprise task forces and working groups addressing acquisition policy, internal controls, and purchasing system oversight.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has built and led contracting organizations and supported compliance programs. She has resolved audit and oversight findings, and translated regulatory change into practical controls, procedures, and training for operating teams. That experience shapes Sightline's approach: readiness assessments grounded in how reviews are actually conducted, corrective actions built to resolve the underlying cause and close, and improvements designed to remain effective long after an engagement ends.
Tiffany holds a Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisitions Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and FAC-C Professional certification in contracting.
